- 3+ years proven success in B2B SaaS sales
- Strong track record in Swiss market, preferably Financial Services (other regulated industries welcome)
- Expertise in value-based selling and compelling business case building
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics, data-driven pipeline management
- Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Familiarity with established sales methodologies
- Existing network within Swiss financial services
- Understanding of Swiss market regulations and analytics-driven initiatives
