- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English and German

- Shape and execute a sales strategy
- Identify and engage key multi-tenant Data Center operators
- Build trusted relationships with clients
- Lead high-impact pursuits for enterprise Data Center opportunities
- Secure new business and expand existing accounts
- Connect with consultants, contractors, integrators, and technology partners
- Participate in industry events and conferences
- Engage in online communities for visibility and thought leadership
- Collaborate with global Data Center and market management teams
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline using Dynamics 365
