Introducing smart locker solutions to event organizers and venue operators, guiding through demos and closing deals. Native German and professional English, plus event tech sales experience preferred. Uncapped commission, 25 paid vacation days, flexible hours.
Anforderungen
- Native-level German and professional English proficiency
- Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally in event tech, ticketing, or cashless payment
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-starter mindset and comfort working independently in remote setup
- Affinity with tech-driven solutions
- Familiarity with nightlife, festival, stadium, or music event industry
Aufgaben
- Identify and approach potential clients in the DACH region.
- Build strong relationships with venue and event operators.
- Guide prospects through the sales journey (demos, onboarding).
- Negotiate and close deals with event organizers and venue owners.
- Accurately document client needs in CRM (Teamleader).
- Stay in touch with existing clients.
- Support contract renewals as needed.
- Represent Elockers at industry events and conferences.
- Share market insights and client feedback internally.
- Provide office and on-site support to the Operations team.
