- Experience in cross-functional and international environments
- Collaboration across sales, product management, and marketing

- Fluent English (spoken and written)

Aufgaben
- Define and execute sales strategy for AT/CH market
- Drive sustainable growth and profitability
- Increase market penetration across key segments
- Lead strategic Key Account Management for Stadler and Knorr-Bremse
- Develop Electrical Wholesale channel through partner collaboration
- Identify and capture new business opportunities
- Coordinate sales, pricing, and growth initiatives
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Lead contract negotiations
- Manage pricing and risks
- Drive consistent use of sales processes and tools
- Ensure compliance with ABB values, Code of Conduct, and HSE requirements
