Sales Engineer(m/w/x)
In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them in selecting the best cryogenic solutions. Daily responsibilities include processing inquiries, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing support and relationship building.
Anforderungen
- Degree (Master or PhD) in physics, quantum science & technology, or similar
- Knowledge in low-temperature physics, detector physics, quantum physics, material science, optics, or similar
- Initial professional experience in sales or business development
- Ability to work with customers in academic research and industry
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English
- Willingness to travel internationally (25%)
- Open minded, friendly, and communicative personality
- Independent, well-organized, proactive working style
- High sense of responsibility
- Recent graduation or some professional experience
Aufgaben
- Learn about customer requirements and their impact on product configuration
- Consult with customers to choose ideal cryogenic solutions
- Process customer inquiries and prepare quotes
- Close sales deals with customers
- Keep customers informed during order processing
- Assist customers in preparing for installation and commissioning
- Maintain contact with customers after order completion
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain trusting customer relationships
- Present company products and services at trade shows and meetings
- Conduct product demonstrations and networking activities
- Analyze customer feedback to identify new features
- Collaborate closely with Product Development
