Aufgaben

  • Develop and execute theatrical sales strategies for Germany
  • Drive local dating strategies for all releases
  • Plan and analyze commercial performance for each release
  • Negotiate deals with exhibitors, including terms and conditions
  • Define booking strategies to maximize box office potential
  • Identify and implement new business opportunities and distribution models
  • Monitor and manage sales performance and P&L impact
  • Maintain strong relationships with key exhibitor partners
  • Represent Universal at industry events and strategic discussions
  • Lead and develop the German sales team
  • Manage talent, including succession planning and new hires
  • Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
  • Ensure effective cross-functional communication and alignment
  • Work closely with Marketing and Finance teams
  • Guide the team through complex release cycles
  • Introduce new processes and tools to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior management and international teams
  • Provide data-driven insights on market dynamics and trends
