Aufgaben
- Develop and execute theatrical sales strategies for Germany
- Drive local dating strategies for all releases
- Plan and analyze commercial performance for each release
- Negotiate deals with exhibitors, including terms and conditions
- Define booking strategies to maximize box office potential
- Identify and implement new business opportunities and distribution models
- Monitor and manage sales performance and P&L impact
- Maintain strong relationships with key exhibitor partners
- Represent Universal at industry events and strategic discussions
- Lead and develop the German sales team
- Manage talent, including succession planning and new hires
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
- Ensure effective cross-functional communication and alignment
- Work closely with Marketing and Finance teams
- Guide the team through complex release cycles
- Introduce new processes and tools to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with senior management and international teams
- Provide data-driven insights on market dynamics and trends
