- Fluent German

- Lead local sales team in Germany and Eastern Europe
- Propose and implement commercial and marketing strategy
- Contribute to global strategy development
- Build and maintain trust with current and potential customers
- Develop revenue while ensuring division sustainability
- Stay informed about markets, competitors, and customer needs
- Contribute to ORBS’ Strategic Plan
- Coordinate international commercial policies and pricing
- Manage teams with high expectations and dynamism
- Support, delegate, and coordinate team activities
- Interface with COSTING and Logistics departments
- Comply with and improve internal processes
- Generate regular reports for your scope
