Anforderungen
- •1–3 years of SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience in SaaS, RegTech, or financial services
- •Strong communication and consultative prospecting skills
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills
- •Comfort with making outbound calls and engaging new prospects
- •High motivation, organization, and goal-driven attitude
- •Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Aufgaben
- •Identify and engage prospects in banking, lending, fintech, insurance, and other regulated industries
- •Map target accounts and decision-makers within compliance, risk, and operations teams
- •Qualify inbound leads against Aryza’s Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
- •Execute multi-channel outreach to generate interest and secure discovery meetings
- •Position Aryza’s solutions as enablers of compliance efficiency and improved customer experience
- •Partner with Account Executives to hand over qualified opportunities with detailed prospect intelligence
- •Collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns and messaging based on lead quality feedback
- •Track and report daily activity, pipeline progress, and opportunity creation in the CRM
- •Meet or exceed activity, meeting, and qualified opportunity targets consistently
