- •Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- •Solid experience in Go-to-Market, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Project Management, or similar commercial role
- •Experience working with international or multi-region teams
- •Familiarity with sales or marketing processes, product/solution launches, or campaigns
- •Good understanding of basic GTM concepts and motivation to deepen expertise
- •Solid project coordination skills
- •Comfortable working with data and reports, doing basic analysis
- •Fluency in English, both written and verbal; additional language is a plus
- •Proactivity and ownership of tasks and workstreams
- •Comfort with change and ambiguity, ability to bring structure
