Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field
  • •5 years of experience in demand planning & sales forecasting
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • •Proficiency in advanced Excel
  • •Experience with ERP/MRP systems and demand planning software
  • •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • •Fluency in German and English
  • •Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Aufgaben

  • •Develop and maintain accurate statistical sales forecasts
  • •Translate sales forecasts into actionable demand plans
  • •Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on new product introductions
  • •Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • •Align demand plans with supply chain and production teams
  • •Manage product lifecycles, including launches and discontinuations
  • •Maintain optimal inventory levels to support sales targets
  • •Monitor inventory performance and propose solutions for stock-outs
  • •Collaborate with procurement and logistics for timely material availability
  • •Generate reports on forecast accuracy and sales performance
  • •Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions
  • •Analyze forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions
