- •Knowledge of data modeling and DAX for advanced analytics
- •Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics)
- •Experience with automation tools and AI-driven analytics
- •Understanding of segmentation techniques and predictive analytics
- •In-depth understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
- •Ability to analyze segments and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- •Ability to interpret performance metrics to support strategic decisions
- •Ability to identify inefficiencies and design smarter workflows
- •Strong understanding of digital product portfolios and monetization strategies
- •Fluency in German (business fluent) and English (fluent) – both written and spoken
