- Welcome customers with generosity and empathy
- Identify customer desires based on personality
- Introduce the Brand and its universes/products
- Act as an ambassador for the Brand's omnichannel approach
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the Brand and products
- Proactively suggest actions for memorable customer experiences
- Handle complaints and customer dissatisfaction
- Respond to customers regarding CSR policy
- Ensure product labeling on the floor
- Participate in merchandising implementation and follow-up
- Offer customers an exciting and inspiring shopping experience
- Monitor and maintain the commercial level of the point of sale
- Suggest fashion ideas based on fashion culture
- Ensure product presentation conforms to Sezane's DNA
- Organize work according to needs, priorities, and commercial planning
- Apply Sezane policies, standards, and procedures
- Process transactions and respect operational procedures
- Perform specific process treatments (returns, exchanges, reservations)
- Participate in defining necessary staff for customer expectations
- Ensure proper inventory management
- Be a team player and participate in ancillary tasks
- Create a positive and harmonious environment
- Relay the brand's commitments
- Disseminate and circulate VM information
- Send look guidelines and rack setups to stores
- Maintain active communication with managers
- Conduct store visits with the 'Merch Checklist'
- Ensure proper management of store furniture
- Manage POS materials & merchandising supports
- Manage and monitor service providers (flowers, books, etc.)
- Manage projects and work (window displays, product presentation updates, pop-ups, etc.)
