- Develop concrete sales opportunities to advance strategy
- Create forecasts, budget plans, and target agreements
- Ensure data-driven and realistic planning
- Develop pricing strategies and prepare approvals
- Continuously improve pricing tools for market competitiveness
- Design targeted sales initiatives with the team
- Oversee implementation and measure success using clear KPIs
- Conduct win/loss analyses to identify success factors and weaknesses
- Derive actionable measures for performance enhancement
- Support sales management and executives with ad-hoc analyses
- Provide strategic input to inform and expedite decisions
- Collaborate closely with Business Intelligence and Controlling
- Develop new reporting and KPIs for maximum transparency and control
