- Support omnichannel sales (Click&Collect, Seek&Send, in-store tablets)
- Contribute to sales targets
- Handle customer requests professionally
- Manage customer complaints with the Store Manager
- Maintain store order and image
- Support inventory activities
- Assist with cash operations
- Follow company policies
