- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills
- Experience with modern IT tools
- Strong time and self-management skills
- Proactive and reliable task prioritization
- Familiarity with key quality standards
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%
Aufgaben
- Manage assigned commercial accounts
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with customers and internal functions
- Increase market share and maintain current business
- Serve as primary contact between customers and internal teams
- Lead and manage RFQs end-to-end
- Lead quoting process for OEMs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Document best practices
- Support customer-driven initiatives across divisions
- Negotiate with customers
- Coordinate with Business Development
- Secure new business opportunities
- Lead complex sales projects
- Resolve account issues
- Ensure timely contract closures
- Update the Sales Director
- Support commercial launches
- Gather market insights
- Prepare and present OEM business reviews
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Manage claims and negotiations under tight deadlines
- Act with integrity
- Ensure compliance with company policies
