- Implement and maintain construction phase plans
- Develop health and safety files
- Create project-specific quality plans
- Pre-qualify and verify subcontractors before work begins
- Review safety and environmental documentation for compliance
- Coordinate project pre-start and commencement meetings
- Conduct regular site audits and weekly reports
- Liaise with clients and regulatory representatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO and management systems
- Coach project teams on best practices
