Anforderungen

• •Completed training as a merchant for freight forwarding and logistics services
• •Solid relevant professional experience in air freight
• •Proficiency in MS Office
• •Fluent English in spoken and written form
• •Team player with high service orientation

Aufgaben

• •Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers
• •Independently coordinate all incoming inquiries, complaints, and discrepancies
• •Manage specific customer accounts autonomously
• •Act as a liaison for branches both domestically and internationally
• •Conduct process and potential analyses to identify improvements
