Anforderungen
- Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field (Master's or PhD)
- Strong proficiency in C++ (modern standards) and Python
- Deep understanding of threading and performance-aware design patterns
- Deep understanding of CMakeLists.txt configuration and CMake best practices
- Deep understanding of dynamic/static linking, library design, dependency management
- Deep understanding of serialization protocols (FlatBuffers, Protobuf, or custom binary formats)
- Deep understanding of middleware and networking (TCP, UDP, DDS, ZeroMQ, MQTT)
- Hands-on experience with ROS 2 and distributed robotic systems
- 6-8+ years robotics software development experience in real-world/industrial settings
- Familiarity with Docker containerized environments
- Agile development methodologies and collaborative team environments
- Embedded systems or real-time software development experience
- CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance
- Experience with mechatronic hardware or robotic platforms
- Understanding of robot safety standards and compliant design
