As a Road Test Engineer in the Autonomous Vehicle Road Testing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping autonomous mobility by coordinating testing activities, managing demonstration drives, and collaborating with development teams to ensure feature readiness.

Anforderungen

• •Completed degree in mechanical engineering, electrical/electronics engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, business informatics, or comparable qualification
• •Several years of professional experience in vehicle testing
• •Experience with ADAS or autonomous driving testing
• •Background in operational environments
• •Strong affinity for data and data analysis
• •High motivation to learn new technologies and work in a fast-moving environment
• •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• •High willingness to travel internationally
• •Business-level fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

Aufgaben

• •Coordinate with development partners and MOIA teams on feature development
• •Steer release, DevDrop, and map testing in Hamburg
• •Manage demonstration drives, including vehicle and driver planning
• •Ensure readiness of upstream testing programs and map quality
• •Assess development status and prioritize issues for resolution
• •Participate in test and feature planning meetings
• •Prepare and conduct escalations for development delays
• •Manage global road test activities for feature rollouts
• •Assess training needs for new features
• •Conduct test drives
