Risk Engineering Manager DACH(m/w/x)
As a Risk Engineering Manager in the DACH region, you will lead a team focused on identifying and mitigating risks for clients. This role involves conducting surveys, managing training, and collaborating with underwriting to enhance client relationships and service delivery.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
- Professional Engineer or Certified Fire Protection Specialist designation (desired)
- Many years of highly protected risk, specialized industry, and/or boiler and machinery field experience
- Knowledge of a wide range of occupancies
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Significant team leadership skills
- Ability to perform inspections of buildings and other structures
- Ability to read construction drawings and diagrams
Aufgaben
- Manage and lead a team of risk engineers in the DACH region
- Complete account reviews and conduct surveys
- Implement the Client Service Process
- Manage risk improvements
- Assist underwriting with technical assessments
- Perform property loss prevention reviews for commercial properties
- Oversee training and personnel development within the team
- Establish and maintain a training and development plan
- Collaborate with underwriting to build and maintain client and broker relationships
- Ensure the team possesses the necessary knowledge and skills for effective service delivery
- Implement quality control for field surveys and account reviews conducted by the team
- Assist with leading regional or global projects and audits
- Provide support and guidance for engineering data systems
- Stay updated on system-related issues within the zone
- Coordinate user acceptance testing for engineering data systems in the region
- Assist the Regional Engineering Leader and Head of Risk Consulting
