- Solid economic, business, mathematical/statistical knowledge

- Good understanding of risk management software
- Comfortable using AI tools for risk analysis, reporting, and workflows
- Able to critically evaluate AI outputs and apply professional judgment
- Good knowledge of German banking law and regulations
- Fluent English communication
- German communication skills are a strong advantage

Aufgaben
- Support Head of Risk Controlling & Financial Risk Management
- Conduct risk inventory and create overall risk profile
- Implement and comply with internal and external regulatory requirements
- Identify, assess, control, monitor, and communicate risk management processes
- Develop and maintain risk indicator system and early detection procedures
- Validate methods used in ICAAP and prepare validation reports
- Monitor risk situation and review set limits
- Prepare and present risk reports to stakeholders
- Participate in knowledge sharing within the financial risk team
- Report on risk management initiatives to Solaris management and committees
- Coordinate and attend meetings with auditors, regulators, and third parties
- Fulfill tasks related to outsourcing agreements for risk management processes
