- Training and experience in ISO 31000, ISO 9001, or IATF16949
- English and German proficiency
- Automotive experience (5 years)
- Quality Function experience (3 years)
- Critical and analytical thinking, proactivity
Aufgaben
- Manage compliance with customer-specific expectations
- Respond to customer requests about ESG
- Oversee risk management and integrate it into governance and operations
- Develop and maintain a global Enterprise Risk Management framework aligned with ISO 31000 and automotive standards
- Lead periodic global and regional risk assessments
- Maintain the corporate risk register
- Establish risk appetite and tolerance levels with senior leadership
- Present consolidated risk reports to top management
- Promote a culture of proactive risk identification and mitigation
- Control operational and manufacturing risks
- Oversee quality and customer risks
- Manage supply chain and purchasing risks
- Monitor project, engineering, and innovation risks
- Assess financial, controlling, and internal controls risks
- Manage HR, facility, and organizational risks
- Support strategic and executive functions
