- Coordinate handovers across the customer journey
- Align KPIs between Sales and Marketing
- Identify bottlenecks with key stakeholders
- Support initiatives for data transparency
- Oversee the end-to-end tender process
- Gather information from product and legal teams
- Tailor tender submissions to quality standards
