In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy of revenue data and creating insightful reports. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing master data, maintaining dashboards, and collaborating with various teams to enhance data quality and support business decisions.

Anforderungen

• •3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar analytical/operational role
• •Ability to thrive in dynamic business settings with shifting priorities
• •Self-driven and self-motivated individual contributor
• •Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Salesforce
• •Advanced skills in SQL and working knowledge of Python
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Experience in master data stewardship, data governance, or data quality initiatives
• •Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement
• •Salesforce Certified Administrator
• •Tableau Desktop Specialist
• •HubSpot Reporting Certification
• •Fluency in English; knowledge of German and/or French is useful

Aufgaben

• •Ensure accuracy and timeliness of revenue and sales data
• •Govern master data related to revenue in CRM and billing systems
• •Define data standards, validation rules, and quality controls
• •Document data governance processes
• •Transform CRM and billing data into reliable reports
• •Maintain the single source of truth for revenue metrics
• •Own and update Management KPI Dashboards in Tableau
• •Co-own Order to Cash dashboards with Finance
• •Regularly check data processes behind reports
• •Trigger adjustments with Sales Operations and RevOps as needed
• •Maintain essential dashboards for leadership
• •Spot and coordinate fixes for data issues
• •Partner with Revenue & Pricing Operations on forecasting tools
• •Collaborate with Finance on plan vs. actuals
• •Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests
• •Communicate dashboard changes and data issues to stakeholders
