- Manage RGM levers including promotions, assortment, and trade terms
- Implement sustainable RGM processes to identify commercial strategies
- Translate RGM potentials into concrete commercial measures
- Optimize product structures and promotional guidelines with Marketing
- Analyze purchasing dynamics and market data
- Derive and implement strategic recommendations with Sales and Marketing
- Develop new pricing and condition strategies
- Promote RGM methodology within the DACH Group organization
- Integrate RGM thinking into budget and customer planning
- Collaborate with Key Account Management, Marketing, and Controlling
- Coordinate with international colleagues on RGM-based customer decisions
- Report directly to the Sales Director
