- Liaise with internal A&R, Royalties, and Finance departments
- Coordinate with CMOs, broadcasters, and streaming platforms
- Refine tracking methodologies for consistency across territories
- Implement scalable solutions for long-term efficiency
- Champion automation and process improvements
- Foster a data-driven culture for income analysis
- Architect dashboards and reporting frameworks for KPIs
- Monitor recovery progress and revenue discrepancies
- Provide stakeholders with actionable insights
- Define the revenue tracking roadmap for GSA and Europe
- Execute strategic initiatives across the region
