Anforderungen
- MSc or PhD in Biochemistry, Proteomics, Analytical Chemistry, or related discipline
- Hands-on experience in LC–MS-based proteomics workflows
- Experience at the interface of wet-lab and computational analysis
- Experience in data analysis and interpretation of proteomics datasets
- Ability to connect experimental data to biological context and hypothesis generation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Programming and data analysis skills (e.g., Python, R)
- Familiarity with AI/ML desirable
- Experience with secretomics or extracellular proteomics workflows preferred
- Exposure to metabolomics workflows and multi-omics data integration advantageous
Aufgaben
- Design innovative LC–MS-based proteomics workflows
- Develop secretomics workflows for diverse biological systems
- Benchmark workflows for performance and reproducibility
- Evaluate fit-for-purpose methods based on data quality
- Establish robust and scalable data generation workflows
- Drive end-to-end understanding of proteomics datasets
- Translate experiments into standardized workflows
- Partner with computational and data science teams
- Ensure data processing and accessibility
- Contribute to documentation (SOPs, reports)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Communicate scientific findings to stakeholders
