Applying generative methods for engineering problems with novel model architectures. Master's degree and Python with PyTorch/JAX experience required. 30 vacation days, performance bonuses.
Anforderungen
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with PyTorch and/or JAX
- Strong interest in engineering problems
- Motivation to explore new application domains
- Experience with HPC infrastructure
- Experience with collaborative tools (Git)
- Hands-on experience with modern generative models (diffusion models, flow matching)
- Solid understanding of theoretical foundations of generative methods
- Experience implementing generative models for non-standard data types
- Experience in AI for Design
- Solid theoretical foundations in partial differential equations and numerical methods
- Strong knowledge and experience with ML-based simulation methods (PINNs, Neural Operators)
- Practical experience with system identification methods (SINDy, PySR)
- Publications, conference presentations, or other scientific activities
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively in a structured manner
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- On-site availability
