Aufgaben
- Conduct interdisciplinary research on tumor dynamics in melanoma therapy
- Investigate mechanisms of therapy resistance in melanoma
- Perform spatial and single-cell multi-omics analyses
- Integrate immune niche data within the melanoma tumor landscape
- Develop patient-derived co-culture models
- Develop patient-derived fragment culture models
- Dissect immune-modulatory mediators using co-culture models
- Dissect immune-modulatory mediators using fragment culture models
- Establish cell type-resolved molecular analyses
- Optimize cell type-resolved molecular analyses
- Perform cell type-resolved molecular analyses
- Collaborate with computational consortium partners
- Collaborate with clinical consortium partners
- Prepare manuscripts for publication
- Present research results at international conferences
- Contribute to the translational development of treatment strategies
