As a Research Associate in Non-Malignant Hematology, you will focus on assessing new therapies for hematological disorders, working with cell cultures and molecular assays, while collaborating with the team to optimize and validate therapeutic strategies.

Anforderungen

• •MSc/BSc in Life Sciences or apprenticeship for research associate with ≥3 years of experience
• •Extensive experience in cell culture and in vitro molecular assays
• •Authorization to conduct animal experimentation and experience working with rodents
• •Technical and theoretical expertise in immunology/hematopoiesis
• •High motivation, flexibility, and excellent organizational skills
• •Open and collaborative team spirit and excellent data management skills

Aufgaben

• •Work with cell lines, primary cells, and patient-derived tissues
• •Evaluate efficacy and safety of novel therapeutic targets through genetic manipulation assays
• •Conduct ex vivo differentiation cultures and various molecular assays
• •Utilize multi-color flow cytometry, qPCR, and western blotting
• •Support projects using transgenic mouse models for compound dosing and tissue processing
• •Collaboratively design, execute, and interpret data from studies
• •Contribute to assay optimization and data analysis
• •Maintain detailed documentation and communicate findings to the research team
• •Share duties and maintain a clean work environment
• •Foster a positive work atmosphere within the group
