Aufgaben
- Work with cell lines, primary cells, and patient-derived tissues
- Evaluate efficacy and safety of novel therapeutic targets through genetic manipulation assays
- Conduct ex vivo differentiation cultures and various molecular assays
- Utilize multi-color flow cytometry, qPCR, and western blotting
- Support projects using transgenic mouse models for compound dosing and tissue processing
- Collaboratively design, execute, and interpret data from studies
- Contribute to assay optimization and data analysis
- Maintain detailed documentation and communicate findings to the research team
- Share duties and maintain a clean work environment
- Foster a positive work atmosphere within the group
