- Shape idea-to-product process framework and governance
- Administer and maintain Siemens Polarion and related tools
- Develop standards and best practices for engineering
- Plan and coordinate process and tool updates
- Conduct workshops and training sessions
- Ensure quality and compliance of technical documentation
- Identify and implement process and tool improvements
- Support cross-functional collaboration and organizational goals
