- Manage rental equipment and vehicle fleet inventory
- Manage daily rental operations
- Provide professional support for customer inquiries
- Organize and coordinate bookings and rental contracts
- Coordinate handover and return processes for rental equipment
- Maintain rental records, contracts, and documentation
- Conduct condition checks and inspections of rental units
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational challenges
- Coordinate and track maintenance, repair, and cleaning activities
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, policies, and regulations
- Process invoices, payment transactions, and security deposit settlements
- Support sales activities to increase equipment utilization
- Contribute to high customer satisfaction and smooth rental processes
