Rental Fleet Agent(m/w/x)

Beschreibung

As a Rental Fleet Agent, you will ensure campervans are in top condition through inspections, repairs, and maintenance. This role involves hands-on problem-solving, coordinating with suppliers, and providing excellent service to customers.

Anforderungen

• •Education or certified training in mechanics, mechatronics technical, or similar program in automotive industry
• •At least 1 year of experience with hands-on mechanical and electrical repairs
• •High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
• •Availability to work weekends and holidays
• •Valid driver's license
• •English and Italian communication skills

Aufgaben

• •Conduct systematic vehicle inspections
• •Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• •Execute light bodywork repairs
• •Substitute and repair campervan spare parts
• •Troubleshoot and repair campervan appliances
• •Maintain relationships with external partners
• •Coordinate vehicle interventions with suppliers
• •Update vehicle information systems
• •Move campervans to vendors and parking facilities
• •Organize and clean depot equipment and spare parts
• •Keep spare parts inventory systems updated
• •Prepare vehicles and equipment for customers
• •Assist with incoming reservations and guest check-ins
• •Receive and organize shipments and supplies
• •Register item consumption and new orders
• •Maintain depot equipment and consumables
