- Prepare standardized O&M documentation for tenders
- Provide O&M input for contract negotiations
- Support technical evaluation of contractor proposals
- Source and evaluate O&M contractors
- Refine OPEX estimates during project development
- Manage existing O&M service contracts
- Track contractual obligations and cost control
- Monitor KPI compliance for O&M contracts
- Monitor performance of operational sites
- Follow up on EPC warranty claims
