- Actuarial qualification
- Detailed understanding of best practices and trends in reinsurance
- Strong IT user skills, very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement a reinsurance framework for the global Travel portfolio
- Create and execute automation opportunities for inwards reinsurance
- Contribute to the design and structuring of innovative reinsurance deals
- Execute reinsurance deals efficiently and on time
- Support and enhance data delivery for reinsurance design and execution
- Manage financial and solvency optimization initiatives
- Coordinate and project manage optimization efforts
- Analyze and design new approaches for catastrophe management
- Utilize advanced data analytics and AI for modeling and pricing
- Provide proactive input on reinsurance perspectives for relevant projects
- Assess targets for reinsurance during M&A activities
- Conduct Due Diligence reporting for tax, legal, and regulatory compliance
- Lead contributions to committees and presentations for the Reinsurance function
- Collaborate with pricing, data analytics, and sales functions to enhance maturity
- Manage audits and reviews, ensuring timely closure of findings
