Anforderungen
- Degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of Quality or Regulatory experience
- Deep understanding of EU food law and systems
- Certified HACCP Team Leader or PCQI qualification preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Audit-ready mentality and proactive ownership
- English proficiency (minimum C1)
Aufgaben
- Ensure compliance with EU pesticide and contaminant regulations
- Adhere to German Tea Ordinance and LFBG standards
- Approve packaging and labeling for EU markets
- Verify correct use of Organic logos
- Manage Organic, Fairtrade, and Rainforest Alliance certifications
- Coordinate audits in Germany and Poland
- Monitor storage conditions at the Polish distribution center
- Improve the HACCP Food Safety Management System
- Coordinate testing with accredited third-party laboratories
- Document and manage technical non-conformities
- Lead root cause analyses using structured methodologies
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
- Manage supplier claims and non-conformity reports
- Oversee quality-related customer complaint handling
- Lead rapid responses for health-related complaints
- Coordinate product escalations and recalls
- Analyze complaint trends for quality improvements
- Liaise with German and Polish food authorities
- Conduct bi-annual mock recalls to ensure traceability
