Anforderungen
- Degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years experience in EU food industry Quality/Regulatory roles
- Experience with tea, herbs, botanicals, cosmetics advantageous
- Deep understanding of EU food law, labeling, RASFF, TRACES
- Certified HACCP Team Leader or PCQI qualification preferred
- Strong analytical skills, structured mindset, attention to detail
- Audit-ready mentality and proactive ownership
- English proficiency (minimum C1)
- German proficiency (minimum C1)
Aufgaben
- Ensure EU food regulation compliance
- Adhere to DACH-specific regulations
- Review and approve packaging and labeling
- Manage Organic, Fairtrade, and Rainforest Alliance certifications
- Monitor storage conditions at Polish distribution center
- Maintain and improve Food Safety Management System
- Coordinate chemical and sensory testing with labs
- Document and manage technical non-conformities
- Lead Root Cause Analysis using structured methodologies
- Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions
- Manage supplier claims and non-conformity reports
- Handle quality-related customer complaints
- Lead rapid response for health-related complaints
- Analyze complaint trends for quality improvement
- Serve as key contact for food authorities
- Conduct bi-annual mock recalls for traceability
