As a Regional Sales Manager for Germany and Austria, you will drive the entire sales process, from generating leads to closing deals, while building a strong partner network and promoting innovative aerial data solutions across the region.

Anforderungen

  • Educational background in Geomatics, Geodesy, Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related geospatial field
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or equivalent business development experience
  • Strong aptitude for selling and building relationships
  • Comfortable driving large enterprise opportunities and closing smaller inbound opportunities
  • Experience providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Tech savviness with Hubspot or other CRM and communication tools
  • Persuasiveness and independence in negotiation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English & German
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%)
  • Expertise in surveying and mapping in mining, engineering, and construction
  • Experience with image post-processing software like Pix4D, Agisoft, TBC, Leica, Topcon, Trimble, ESRI
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and feedback-driven culture

Aufgaben

  • Lead the full commercial cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build Wingtra’s presence in Germany and Austria
  • Establish a partner network for the region
  • Drive new customer acquisition
  • Act as a strategic ambassador for Wingtra's technology
  • Generate demand through product demonstrations
  • Engage in field activities and events related to surveying and geospatial
  • Create local visibility for Wingtra's aerial data collection solutions
  • Manage the entire sales process from pipeline generation to revenue targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for market penetration
  • Identify and grow a regional partner ecosystem
  • Support direct sales efforts with dealers
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Organize product demonstrations and customer site visits
  • Promote Wingtra’s brand and product value proposition
  • Gather customer use cases and market feedback
  • Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system
