Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA is a plus
- •Successful sales experience in medical device or healthcare industry, preferably diabetes products
- •Success in a sales leadership role and ability to manage high-performing teams
- •Proven relationships with healthcare professionals, particularly endocrinologists
- •Experience in training and mentoring sales teams on product knowledge and sales strategies
- •Ability to motivate and lead a high-performing sales team
- •Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategies
- •Excellent skills for engaging and influencing stakeholders
- •Strong data analysis capabilities for informed decision-making
- •Competent in CRM systems and data management tools
- •Skilled in establishing and maintaining key industry relationships
- •Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Valid driving license required

- •Meet or exceed sales targets and market share
- •Maintain knowledge of the local healthcare system and reimbursement processes
- •Build and sustain relationships with key diabetes decision-makers
- •Demonstrate proficiency in the Omnipod® System and related products
- •Train the team on product knowledge and technology
- •Coach Territory Managers and Clinical Services Managers on commercial strategies
- •Ensure compliance with credentialing and training requirements
- •Conduct field sales activities professionally and in line with marketing strategy
- •Hire, develop, and retain top sales and clinical talent
- •Oversee budget utilization for commercial and training resources
- •Collaborate with commercial and corporate teams to achieve shared goals
- •Complete all administrative tasks promptly and within budget
