Anforderungen

• •Master's Degree in Human Resources or related area
• •Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience in client support HR role
• •Sound knowledge of union/employee relations and local labor laws

Aufgaben

• •Partner with the Regional Managing Director and Leadership Team
• •Drive a high-impact people, organization, and culture agenda
• •Lead the HR team for an acquired site in Germany
• •Foster a positive and productive workplace culture
• •Deliver HR excellence and process improvements
• •Collaborate with the Solid Board Leadership team for cohesive decision-making
• •Develop and execute key HR initiatives aligned with business goals
• •Lead local HR People Partners and Payroll/Admin Team
• •Provide coaching and development opportunities for the HR team
• •Guide managers and employees on employee advocacy and engagement
• •Manage employee relations and performance management
• •Support career development and talent assessment
• •Serve as a first point of contact for HR questions and guidance
• •Escalate concerns to HR Business Partners as needed
• •Advance standardization and digitization of HR processes
• •Collaborate with HR Business Partners and CoE professionals
• •Ensure consistent application of policies and compliance
• •Lead key HR processes like performance and talent management
• •Align on and execute HR projects across multiple client groups
• •Guide union and works council relations
• •Ensure fair handling of HR matters in compliance with regulations
• •Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
