- Segmentation of customer data lists
- Strong planning and organisational skills, ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, able to work autonomously and collaboratively
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid passport for travel within Europe and UK
- Experience in international B2B organisation, cross-cultural understanding
- Previous experience in travel/aviation/luxury industry
- Management of marketing collateral, including production, stock, distribution
- Experience in Salesforce email marketing platform
- Experience working alongside sales teams
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute European marketing strategy
- Create region-specific marketing campaigns
- Adapt global marketing initiatives for local markets
- Manage and execute marketing activities for European offices
- Develop and tailor marketing strategies for local European markets
- Create, localize, and translate campaigns, content, and channels
- Manage and deliver mass email campaigns
- Use Salesforce for email campaign management
- Coordinate production and stock of local prints and promotional items
- Ensure local sales teams have adequate stock
- Research relevant local market events
- Organize events with the Head of Events
- Assist with web advertising, including Google Ads
- Support remarketing and analytics efforts
- Report local marketing activity to Head of International Marketing
- Budget and manage local marketing spend
- Research and source local suppliers
- Identify target audiences with local sales teams
- Collaborate with local sales teams on marketing objectives
- Work closely with the Head of International Marketing
- Liaise with marketing channel specialists in London
