Aufgaben
- Embed the global SOX compliant framework within the region
- Adapt global standards to local financial and operational risks
- Liaise with internal and external auditors on SOX inquiries
- Collaborate with regional finance management and group functions
- Report on control effectiveness and remediation progress
- Coordinate the regional control review and testing cycle
- Evaluate walkthroughs and assess control deficiencies
- Support the business in resolving control design gaps
- Implement efficiency and automation opportunities for the SOX program
- Share best practices across different regions
- Train regional teams to foster a robust control culture
- Embed compliance and accountability into daily business processes
