As a Regional Controller, you will partner with finance and business teams to drive transparency and performance across Germany, Austria, and France. This role involves supporting planning cycles, analyzing financial data, and collaborating on strategic decisions to foster sustainable growth.

Anforderungen

  • •Degree in business administration specialized in Finance & Controlling
  • •Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role
  • •Excellent communication skills

  • •Support planning and forecasting cycles
  • •Lead regular regional reporting
  • •Analyze monthly Net and Retail Sales
  • •Report on Marketing investments and Personnel costs
  • •Conduct quarterly profitability analyses
  • •Forecast cash flow and door contribution
  • •Provide monthly business updates for management
  • •Ensure adherence to internal financial processes
  • •Support monthly closing processes
  • •Monitor purchase orders in SAP
  • •Initiate coding of invoices and booking vouchers
  • •Ensure accuracy of SAP FI/CO data
  • •Analyze market actuals and forecasts
  • •Provide meaningful commentaries on deviations
  • •Identify business opportunities and risks
  • •Translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • •Support decisions on new store openings or closures
  • •Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams
  • •Foster sharing of best practices across the region
  • •Drive continuous improvement of tools and processes
  • •Act as substitute for the Finance Manager during absences
