Aufgaben
- Implement and optimize the referral portal
- Improve workflows based on user feedback
- Implement the reception policy in the PMS
- Manage communication and reporting for referring veterinarians
- Ensure the delivery of timely referral reports
- Grow the referring clinic network and NPS
- Maintain and utilize the referring-vet database
- Identify growth opportunities across referral hospitals
- Prioritize clinic support with the operations team
- Update hospital websites with the marketing team
- Coordinate marketing activities to attract new referrers
- Identify and resolve structural referral issues
- Support clinics based on performance and capacity
- Coordinate the national referral network
- Improve patient flow between referral and hybrid clinics
- Monitor and deliver on key performance indicators
