Aufgaben
- Manage recruiting processes from requirements alignment to contract preparation
- Identify suitable candidates through Active Sourcing
- Approach candidates in a targeted and individual way
- Review applications and make a qualified pre-selection
- Speak directly with candidates to present opportunities
- Actively expand the talent pool and maintain candidate relationships
- Collaborate with business units and managers on requirements and sourcing
- Create and publish job advertisements
- Continuously develop recruiting channels
- Coordinate interviews and selection process steps
- Ensure a professional candidate experience
- Accompany candidates through to their successful start
- Ensure a smooth transition from recruiting to onboarding
- Maintain the applicant tracking system
- Ensure structured and reliable documentation of recruiting processes
- Contribute ideas for continuous development of recruiting processes and methods
