- Ability to engage credibly with control engineers, marketing, and product managers

- Strong understanding of SAFe Agile principles
- Hands-on experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Capability to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Ability to analyze root causes and support defect resolution

Aufgaben
- Collaborate with Product Management, Software Architects, Release Owners, and Development Teams to refine epics and features
- Align team priorities with stream- and system-level objectives
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for your area
- Keep the product backlog clear, current, and ordered by value and dependency
- Ensure product epics and features meet the Definition of Ready (DoR)
- Prepare product epics and features for implementation
- Prepare and conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and customer-facing presentations
- Prepare and maintain the team backlog for upcoming Program Increments (PIs)
- Refine epics and features ahead of PI Planning
- Ensure upcoming work is sufficiently defined, estimated, and aligned with stream objectives
- Prioritize and accept maintenance activities, corrective actions, and technical debt
- Prioritize and accept new feature development
- Drive innovation and intellectual property (IP) creation within your area
- Contribute to the development and execution of the overall IP strategy
- Partner with engineering and QA on scope and trade-offs
- Partner with engineering and QA on release readiness
- Partner with engineering and QA on how changes will behave against real setups
