- Coordinate all pre-flight activities for smooth cargo handling and timely flight operations
- Work closely with warehouse and ground teams under time pressure to maintain efficient loading plans
- Match cargo manifests with system data and correct discrepancies
- Create transit documents for non-customs cleared cargo movements on the ground
- Advise on required shipping and customs documents for various cargo types
- Input all relevant data into IT systems accurately and on time
- Conduct and document all pre- and post-flight checks according to safety, quality, and operational guidelines
