As a Ramp Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely flight operations by creating loading plans, preparing documentation, and coordinating with various teams. Your day will involve monitoring cargo loading and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Aufgaben

• •Create loading plans for aircraft
• •Prepare flight documentation
• •Monitor cargo loading at the aircraft
• •Generate hazardous materials documentation for the flight crew
• •Collaborate with internal and external departments and authorities
• •Coordinate all pre-flight activities for smooth cargo handling and timely flight operations
• •Work closely with warehouse and ground teams under time pressure to maintain efficient loading plans
• •Match cargo manifests with system data and correct discrepancies
• •Create transit documents for non-customs cleared cargo movements on the ground
• •Advise on required shipping and customs documents for various cargo types
• •Input all relevant data into IT systems accurately and on time
• •Conduct and document all pre- and post-flight checks according to safety, quality, and operational guidelines
