Anforderungen
- BS/BA in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Healthcare Admin, IT, or related technical/scientific field
- Equivalent education and hands-on experience in radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear medicine, or radioligand therapy logistics
- 3-5 years supporting time-sensitive healthcare logistics, nuclear pharmacy, medical customer service, or hazardous medical transportation
- Prior experience supporting nuclear medicine products, radiopharmaceuticals, or radioligand therapies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for clear instructions
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Aufgaben
- Serve as primary operational contact for healthcare providers
- Support customer onboarding and training
- Manage order modifications, cancellations, and re-orders
- Monitor live shipment dashboards for transportation delays
- Provide proactive issue resolution and post-delivery support
- Partner with manufacturing and logistics for seamless operations
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and pharmacovigilance requirements
- Manage customer cases from intake to resolution
- Guide clients on platform best practices using SAP, ERP, and PowerBI
- Support online ordering portal registration and order entry training
- Communicate with customers during manufacturing disruptions
- Prioritize product allocation during supply constraints
- Facilitate urgent requests between customer-facing and manufacturing teams
- Adapt workflows to support a growing commercial organization
- Provide primary phone and email support during standard hours
- Occasionally work alternative shifts for coverage
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and complaints
