Aufgaben

• Take full accountability for radar technical maturity and project delivery
• Act as the primary interface between cross-functional development teams
• Oversee radar sensors throughout the entire product development process
• Track and deliver supplier work products for release gates
• Lead technical reviews and steer international Tier-1 suppliers
• Plan and track hardware and software validation activities
• Manage radar test benches for KPI tests and simulations
• Define and maintain DV/PV and reporting requirements
• Ensure traceability for safety, performance, and homologation requirements
• Create and refine specifications and verification plans
• Maintain component approval processes using corporate tools
• Ensure supplier documentation completeness and audit readiness
• Contribute to design reviews, safety analyses, and FMEAs
