Anforderungen

• •Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Engineering
• •Proven hands-on experience in laboratory or R&D test environment
• •Strong capability in building and debugging hardware prototypes
• •Experience with laboratory management and commitment to health and safety
• •Results-oriented and proactive mindset
• •Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• •Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively
• •Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• •Proficiency in German is advantageous

Aufgaben

• •Execute project testing activities for the PV team
• •Manage daily laboratory operations
• •Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
• •Procure necessary supplies for the lab
• •Ensure a safe working environment
• •Drive construction and commissioning of Proof-of-Concept systems
• •Maintain Proof-of-Concept systems to validate new technologies
• •Provide hardware development support for power electronics systems
• •Prototype, debug, and validate testing processes
• •Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for test protocols
• •Collaborate with hardware engineers and researchers
• •Analyze test data and identify trends
• •Compile comprehensive reports to guide engineering decisions
